Enable Macros

When I try to compile a macro I get the following message:

"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer
to the online help or documentation of the host
application to determine how to enable macros."

Can someone tell me how to enable my macros. I have
already gone to tools/macros/security.
 
You must shut down and restart Outl9ook after you change the macro security
level.
