Enable Macros

I'm simply trying to run a macro in Outlook and when I
try to run it in Visual Basic I get the message that
Macros are not enabled ... how do I get them enabled so
that I can test my macro?

Select Tools -> Macro -> Security and choose Medium or Low, then restart
Outlook. You can also use selfcert.exe (see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/vb.htm#selfcert)
to sign your VBA project for added security.
