enable macro

hi,
when i try to run a macro outlookXP says "The macros in this project are
disable. Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host
application to determine how to enable macros."

how can i enable macros in outlookXP so that i can run my macro?

Tools | Macro | Security. Restart Outlook after you change the security
level.
