Enable Macro Message

How can you disable the message upon opening a file without setting the
security to lowest? I do not want to give the user options to disable or
enable the macro.

Is that possible?

This is a user's security setting--not a developer's security setting.

If you could change it, it wouldn't be of much use to the user, huh?
