I receevied the following message. How do I enable Javscript?

Sorry, unable to display page.We have detected that JavaScript has been
disabled in your browser. Our site requires JavaScript be enabled. Please
enable JavaScript in your browser settings and try again.

Tools|Internet Options, Security tab. Click Custom Level, find the
setting in there.
 
go to > Tools > Internet Options> Advanced Tab> Scroll down to Java...Put
check in the box > Restart Windows.
If you should need to upgrade it go to www.java.com to Update it.

NO! OP was asking about Javascript, not Java!
