Enable Function keys

Thought I knew a lot

I just got new computer. Reinstalled Excel 2003. The F2 and F9 do not work.
I don't see anything in the options screen. What did I miss?
 
Maybe your new computer has a keyboard with an F Lock key? That toggles
betwwen the "normal" Function key behavior and other, often printed on or
near the function keys
