Enable automatic resizing not funtioning

Enable automatic resizing not funtioning even though it
is checked under Advanced Internet Options.

I am running IE 6 with XP Home SP2.

Registry Value is yes

Open Internet Explorer
Size the window to the size you want.
Hold the Ctrl key in then while holding it click the "X"
in the top right hand of the window to close the window.
Release the CTRL key.

Now open internet explorer and it will open to the size
you wanted.

Open internet explorer then manually resize it to the
size you want it.
Now hold own the CTRL key and close the browser window
while holding the CTRL key.
Now release the key and open you r browser and it will be
the size it was when you closed it

Automatic resizing is the JPG etc images within the
explorer window to fit oversized images. Thank you anyway
