Emulator on client machine

I have a PocketPC app on my development machine and the emulator runs
fine. Can someone tell me how (or where I can find) I can get the
emulator on a machine that doesn't have Visual Studio?
Also, I know you need the "loopback adaptor" loaded on the machine to
use the emulator when the computer is not connected to a network - where
is that adaptor? I can't find it on XP.

I think that we've covered this before. Have you checked the newsgroup
archives? You should also check licensing of the emulator, as you may not
be legally able to do that.
