"Empty the Recycle Bin" task not working

When I have the Recycle Bin open and click on "Empty the Recycle Bin" in the
list of "Recycle Bin Tasks" on the left, it no longer does anything. Is there
a way to fix this??? The "Restore all items" option, however, seems to work
just fine.

Scroll down to line 64 look in right hand column for "Replace\repair Recycle
Bin". Hope this works for you.
