Empty Taskbar

Hi ..

I'm using Windows XP home edition .. My problem is that
lately , I found that the taskbar is always empty !
Even if I am using 10 programs , nothing appears on the
taskbar !
I go from one program to another using (Alt) + (Tab)
buttons , but I don't like it !
I want to use the taskbar normally , what shall I do ??

Go immediately to Kelly's link, below, and click on "T".
Scroll down to "minimized programs don't appear on taskbar"...
