empty folders when exiting from Outlook

Does plugins exists when the contents of a folder is deleted when shutting
down Outlook 2003?

(want to delete the news feeds automatically)

Since Outlook doesn't do news (it uses Outlook Express) and Outlook Express
doesn't have plug-ins, the answer would be "no".
