Empty Folder...

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but... I had
WindowsME, upgraded to WindowsXP. I also have Microsoft WorksSuite 2001.
I'm not sure where it came from, but I have a folder in my Programs called
Microsoft Frontpage. It is empty. Well, it has a folder called version 3.0
and that folder has one called bin. There's nothing there. I would like to
use frontpage, but I can't find it.

That folder is installed and used by Windows XP. You have to purchase a copy of FP.

You don't have it unless you purchased it.
