Empty Deleted prompt

Outlook 2007 SP1 -

1. I have it set to empty the Deleted folder upon exiting the program.
Is there a way to eliminate the "Are you sure you want to delete......"
prompt when I close Outlook?

2. When using Windows Live Mail, I'd go into the registry and export the
Windows Live Mail folder
HKEYCurrent User/Software/Microsoft/Windows Live Mail to a "save" folder
After a new install of WLM, I'd merge the "saved" file with registry to
preserve my settings.
For Outlook, do I use -?
HKEYCurrent User/Software/Microsoft/Office/Outlook

TIA
