Employee Skills Matrix!

Help!! I am in desparate need of a skill tracking spreadsheet/template. I
work in an automotive plant and I need to track what stations each employee
is capable of working, the certificates they have and when the are due to
renew them and so on. The company does not want it to be in Access yet so I
was "volunteered" to come up with something within a 2 week span. ANY HELP
WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
