Hi...

I cannot send email with attachment with Window Mail even I have done
system recovery and disable the anti-virus software.
I do not have any problem when I send it with Outlook Express. I have also
check with the setting and with the service provider. They are all
saying that their software is ok.

The error reads as below:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'statement of account as at 6 December 2009', Account:
'pop.singnet.com.sg', Server: 'mail.singnet.com.sg', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Please help.

Which leads me to ask, what antivirus program are you using?

Disabling the email scanning is not enough on some AV programs like Norton,MacAfee,
Trend. You need to uninstall the AV and then re-install it without the email
integration(scanning)
