Emergency please help page numbers in word 2007

I am a college student with an important paper due. My paper consists of a
title page, table of contents, and body. Page numbers are supposed to start
at 1 on the first page of the body. No page numbers allowed on title page or
table of contents. Classmates have figured out how to do it, but their
solutions don't work for me. I appreciate any suggestions.
 
Do you have a section break before the body? If so, you can insert page
numbers to start @ 1 instead of continuing from the previous section. Hope
that helps.
