Embedding MS Project file

I have successfully embedded an MS Project file on a PowerPoint 2003 slide.
My problem is related to scaling and/or sizing the embedded object. when I
increase the size of the object, I want to view more of the Project file,
rather than increasing the scale of the object.

How do I increase the size of the object without increasing the scale? I
just want to view more of the file.

Thanks in Advance for your suggestions!!

Consider lining to the file instead so that it opens in MS Project and you
will have better control of the views. If you'll be sharing the presentation
consider saving the project file as HTML and then embedding in the
presentation.

Glenna,
Actually, that's what I did in the interim (saved the project to HTML). And
I did a bit of experimenting as well. If I insert an MS Project document (not
created from an existing file), then cut paste my information, the document
window does what I wanted it to do. when I change the size of the window, the
document does not scale, it just shows me more or less of the document (same
with excel).

When inserting an object created from a file (linked or embedded), the
object seems to be treated more as a picture, rather than an OLE object. I
can crop the view to show less document, but there's no way to show more of
the document.

So, as a followup question, what determines how much of a linked or embedded
document will be viewable? And can this be controlled?

Regards,
Lee
