Embedding Check boxes into a cell

Is there anyway to embed a check box into a cell?

It sounds as if you are talking about Excel, in which case you would do
better to ask in an Excel group. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a
relational database program. When you ask, be clear about what you mean by
"embed".
If this is an Access question, what do you mean when you refer to a cell?
