eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 available?

Hi all,

i have an old eVB-Project to explore)
As far as I understood I need those things, is that right?

- eMbedded Visual Basic Runtime for Pocket PC 2003
- eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 - 2002 Edition
- Pocket PC 2002 Software Development Kit

Unfortunately, the download link for eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 - 2002
Edition on Microsoft site is broken.
Can I still find that IDE somewhere?
