Embedded Text in Word

We have a Lotus Notes database that has Word documents attached. When doing
a search for the Word "Ikea", it is finding many documents, none of which has
the word in it. I think it is probably embedded in the document somewhere,
but am unsure how to view embedded or hidden text.

Open one of the documents and select Properties from the File menu and you
might see it there.

No, it is not there. I've also turned on "Recover text from any document"
and one of the documents had the word in, the rest do not. I do not know
what else to try.
