Please help me. I have a short PP show with MP3 background music that I want
to email to my family & friends.
How do I embed the music inside my presentation without going over 10MB?

Right now my show is 4.5 MB & the mp3 is 3.6 MB
If I convert the mp3 to wav the wave file is 28.8 MB
Since PP will embed only wav file I'm not able to email my presentation.

Is there a way to do it?

You will have to convert your MP3 file to a wave file before it can be
embedded.

I have a new PowerPoint add in to do this very thing. Currently it is Beta
so if you drop me an email I'll give you a copy for testing.
