Embed Graphic onto custom command

Hi. I want to change the face of a tool button to show my company logo.
Anyone know how I can do it ?

get the logo in the clipboard.

Go to tools=>Customize and with that dialog open, right click on the button
and do paste button image. Now close the customize dialog.
