To what extent to you want special fonts.... ALL the text on the
page.. or is it perhaps a specific~ something or other.... I had a
similar "problem" not too long ago... making a site for someone who
wanted a "Brochure" of products and services made to replicate <as
much as possible> her printed Brochure.. and of course as you can
guess - this included the font! I tried a few ideas - to see
what worked best, plus what was the least file size - images, PDF
format, or Flash (never thought about "Word"!) but I ended up using
Flash ( or I should say - Swish!) each "page" was a scene, so page
one would load up, and display.. and while their having a read of that
the rest of the swf loads up in the background! it worked out quite
nicely!
But in this case it was a specific item I needed it for, not the whole
site in general (thankGod!!).. anyway... something for you to think
about, maybe an idea or two to think on.
