Embed an .exe in my web page?

I'd like to "embed" (for lack of a better term) the MBSA tool in a web page
(our company intranet web site, to be exact). Is this possible to embed an
..exe, or some other be able to access the MBSA tool through a web page? I'm
certainly open to suggestions.
