To whoever can help me,
i get an email with an attachment and i try to go to see it and it
says,"this file does not have a program associated with it for performing
this action.create an asscoiation in the set association control panel" if
any one can help it would be grateful.

Can you click on the paperclip near the upper right of the message and
save the file? Some such files will then open outside Windows Mail.
If you need more help, tell use the part of the file name beginning with
the last period.
