i want to reformat computer but i dont want to lose my emails. with outlook
express six i could copy a folder from my comuter to a disc and replace it
when i have reformated but with office outlook its hard to find the folder on
my computer any ideas
 
I don't see what this has to do with the post you are replying to?

Outlook is a .pst file. There are many posts here about how to migrate
Outlook from 1 PC to another.

Please search rather than post a question that's answered here every 3 or 4
days.
