I thought it had fixed it as one email did go through but then it quit again. What I then did was open windows live mail, click on tools, options and send. I then unchecked the box for "Upload larger images to the web". Once I did that everything seems to be working okay. Pictures are going through fine.

Upgrading Windows Live Mail fixed the problem or upgrading all Windows Live applications fixed the problem?

Tip: Upgrade your Windows Live Mail v12.0.1606 (and any other installed Windows Live applications) to the most-recent version (v14.0.8064.0206) before doing anything else:

I have just upgraded to Internet Explorer 8 and since then have been having trouble sending emails with photos attached. Regular emails seem to go okay.
The message that shows is
ID:0x8BEE000B
Any ideas what I could do to correct this?
