Emails not recd (other end) and not recd (this end)

It appears that for about 2 weeks I have sent email and some have not been
received on the other end. Nothing is kicked back or blocked from the
receipients end. In turn I am now not receiving those persons emails. In
particular verizon.net and gmail accounts.
 
1. If a copy of your sent message is found in Sent Items folder, the first
problem's not on your end.

2. If the messages sent to you are not found in the inbox of your mail
account's webmail page, the problem's not on your end.

If you send yourself a message, do you receive it?

Tools | Accounts | Mail | [account] | Properties | General: Is the Reply To
address here correct?
