Emails keep coming in double spaced

Each time I received a plain text email, it always arrives
double spaced. I check the email in another reader or
through webmail, and it's fine. I use Outlook XP on WinXP
Home.

Help?

Yup. It's indeed an Outlook 2002 problem. I used another email reader to
download messages just to check. I download a copy, and it comes single
spaced. But then I download the same message with Outlook, and it adds an
extra line break at every line. (All plain text.)

Now, how do I fix this? Or is there a quick VBA that can remove them or
something? thanks.

Do you have the read settings in Outlook to be double-spaced somewhere?
Also, is the email that you are recieving in HTML? Just a thought.

Nope. Clearly plain text. And no, there are no settings for
double-spacing. I had the "ReadAsPlain" dword in the registry
(Outlook's settings). I tried it, and the double spacing fpr new mail
is gone. But I can no longer read HTML, too. So I removed it. I'm sure
it's another one of those settings. Or maybe a bug?
