Emails in BCM

How do I set up BCM to show me who I have not sent an email to, say, in the
past 5 days (or 10 days, 2 weeks, etc.). Is this possible?

BCM 2007 lets you assign a followup date (Today, Tomorrow, Next Week, Custom
date), for Contacts and Accounts.

I have used a variety of customized views (last modified date and biz
history reports) to get at this in BCM 2003, but it's not straight-forward,
at least not to me.
