Emails from Access

I am using SendObject to successfully send email and attachment from Access.
However is there anyway that the content in the attachment can be shown on
the main body of the email - is this something I need to manipulate in Access
(I only want to do it on these emails from access, not all emails sent from
Outlook) My boss is worried that people won't open attachments!
 
What has worked for me is to use an Email blaster like WorldMerge
(www.coloradosoft.com/), which easily link to an Access table or query. I
understand that Word MailMerge will do the same, although I haven't tried it
yet.
