emails come to me without background

Some emails I receive do not come formatted as originally sent and often send
backgrounds as attachments, which when clicked on simply provide a line or
small graphic...solutions?
 
Try your question in microsoft.public.outlook.
BCM itself doesn't affect email formatting.
