emails blocked outlook 2002

Hello all,
my problem is that i receive emails with att less than 10 Mb but over 10Mb i
receive only the email but without att. Mail server has no quota. Other users
have outlook 2003 and they are receiving, regarding the att size.
 
Type of email acct?

Press Ctrl+Alt+S - look in the Send and receive settings (click edit
button) - are you downloading large attachments?
