Emails automatically posted in address book, how do I

HELP! I'm a former Outlook express user, so how do I get incoming emails to automatically appear in my address book?
 
Surely you would not want such a feature.
You really want to add all senders mail addresses automatically without even
knowing who they are?
Mercifully, Outlook has no such feature.
