Emails appear blank unless I hit Reply

Emails appear to come in blank. The only way I can read them is by hitting
Reply. As soon as I hit Reply, the original email appears in the Reply and
that is the only way I can read it.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, BirdmanAu asked:

Thanks for your quick response Milly.

I installed Service Pack 2 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
