Emailing

I have recently changed my internet company, therefore have had to up date my
outlook settings. i have created a new account, with the settings that aol
have given me. However when i select the Send/Recieve icon, i caan only
recive emails and not send them. i recieve the error code 0x800ccc0f. I have
been to the Knowledge Base and followed instructions but it hsnt seemed to
work. Do you have any other suggestions to what the problem could be and how
to solve it?

Are you properly authenticating to the outgoing server?
