Emailing using a template 2007

Hi,
I've document using a Newsletter Template in 2007.
I've saved the doc as a new file and send from with word (not as an
attachment).
However, when it is received the format is all different. The sections have
all moved and some sections are missing.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong please?
Thanks.

Does the recipient have Word 2007?
Your best plan is to download the PDF creation tool for Office 2007 from
Microsoft and send your newsletter in PDF format.

I can't seem to find a way to not send it as an attachment though i.e in the
ody fo the email, which is what I'd like to do.
Do you know if this is possible with the PDF tool.
Thanks.

The ONLY way to send something like that and have it received/seen by the
recipient in the format that you intend is to send it as an attachment.

Hope this helps.

You can send Word documents as e-mail message bodies, but the recipient is
not going to see the formatted document that you had on screen. The
formatting requirements of html e-mail and Word document are fundamentally
different (see the Web view of your document) - and no you cannot use PDF as
the body of an e-mail message.
