Emailing in HTML with Outlook 2003

Although I have Outlook set to receive/send in HTML, it always converts to
plain text format. How can I get it to recognise and use HTML?
 
This is an Outlook question. BCM itself is not involved in Mail
content.

You could try your question on microsoft.public.outlook, or search
the newsgroup first, in case it has been answered before.
