Emailing groups from queries in an Access database 2003

Please - How do I send group emails from an access hyperlink field in a
query. I have many queries in my database relating to certain groupings,
which constantly change. How can I send emails to the selected contacts. The
email address is in a hyperlink field.

Please help!
 
Hi there

Probably the easiest way is to set up a MS Word mail merge and set the query
as the data source. Note that if you are using XP/2003 you may have a problem
if they are parameter queries. HTH
