emailing contacts to another outlook user

How do I email entire catagories in contacts to another user without
everything getting filtered out? I created a new folder to send to someone
with all my catagories in it, but don't know how to get it to the desktop.
 
are you using MS Access relational database software in this process
somehow? if not, you need to post to an appropriate newsgroup.
