Emailing Consistant Messages

I send out email letters to clients on a regular basis and only change a few
small sections of the message. How can I set up an easy retrieval of this
commonly used message so that I am not retyping the entire message or using
the cut and paste process from older sent messages?

Most people would either put the entire message in a signature or, if you're
using Office 2007, Quick Parts are a very good tool for doing this sort of
work.
