Emailing Admin when user changes password

Wanted to know if there is a way to have the Domain admin email when a user
changes their password. We are W2k Active directory. Exchange 2K

you must have a very bored admin.
 
There is no way natively to do that. You can enable auditing of account management in
Domain Controller Security policy and view/scan the security logs on the domain
controllers for Event ID 627. There are third party programs that can help automate
that if need be such as S.E.L.M. as shown in the link below. --- Steve
