emailing a group of photos using powerpoint

How do I create an attachment consisting of a group of photos that will show
as a slide presentation using powerpoint?

Keeping in mind that you might create a very large filesize presentation.
Save your presentation as a slideshow .pps/.ppsx (depending on your version
of PowerPoint) file and attach that to your email. the recipient must either
have the full version of PowerPoint or the PowerPoint viewer installed on
their system to view your creation.

You may also want to consider using PhotoStory 3 (free Windows app) as it
has some nice pan/zoom effects and you can save it as a variety of movie
files (meaning people wouldn't need powerpoint or the viewer to see the
photos):
