I have an email shortcut icon on my desktop which I have been accustomed to
using. Now when I try to enter my email from the shortcut, I get a popup that
says: "Your IMAP server has closed the connection. This may occur if you have
left the connection idle for too long." I can still get into my email through
Google, but that takes too long; I want to go back to my shortcut access, but
I don't know what to do. Can you help?
