I know you can use the Macro SendObject to have a report attach itself to a
new email within LotusNotes. If I am placing data into a form and I want to
email a copy of just that record, what VB code or Macro setup do I need?

You have to filter your report based on the value of a control on your form
that will uniquely identify the record. The report will need to be based on
a query and that query should filter on the field or fields in the report's
recordset referencing a control or controls on the form.
