my windows email has stopped working cant send or recieve email comes up with
a message that reads ACCOUNT TO SERVER HAS FAILED AND GOES ABOUT MY POP3 i
have turned of my nortans anti virus for the emeil section still not working
im with optusnet can some one help please.

Disabling is not enough.
Uninstall the POS.
