New computer, new OS - Vista. When I open an email to read, it is in a small
window and I always have to maximize. Is there a setting somewhere (I have
looked) that will automatically open it maxed out? Thank you for any help

You forgot to mention which email program you are using?

If you are using the default email program in Vista, Windows Mail, there
isn't any optional settings that will do this.

What you can do is open an email message and then manually stretch it to
fill the screen, using the cursor. This size and position will remain on
other emails that you open until you close and restart Windows Mail.

Ronnie,
Thank you so very much for this info. I am using Outlook and again I
appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thanks,
