email won't show up automaticly, unless i arrow up

on outlook xp new email won't show up unless i arrow up or click on other
icon like sent items or deleted items and back to inbox , than i see the
new email there
anyone has any idea ?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Mason asked:
