email with no name

I received and email with an envelope and no address, but it had a subject
name. When I tried to block sender. The response was " ONe or more selected
sender's could not be added to your block sender's list". Why can't I block
sender on this email since I don't know who it is or what the email is about??

Hi,

try to right click in top of the message, and select options, and you can
see the email that send you the message, And them you can block the the
sender.
