email: verticle blue lines

many emails I receive have been reforwarded several times and often contain
verticle blue lines, from top to bottom and varying lengths, and seem to
correspond with each of the times the email has been forwarded. This is
annoying. How do I stop the verticle blue lines?

Go to the Tools Menu>Read Tab>select "read all messages in plain
text">apply>OK.

Aside from reading all messages in plain text (no HTML), there isn't much
you can do. The previous blue lines were added by previous senders; you have
little control over what they do.

When replying or forwarding, you can kill the blue lines by selecting Format,
Plain Text, but it will strip images and any special HTML effects.

You can stop adding your own blue line: Tools, Options, Send,
Mail Sending Format, HTML settings, uncheck "Indent message on reply".

Mac and Gary...thank you both very much...the problem is gone...the solutions
work. Thanks again.
